Lane Dominion1. Who we are and acceptance
Lane Dominion is developed and published by Torvel Games (“we”), the trading name of David Simunek, an individual in the Czech Republic. By installing or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Apple's and Google's store terms also apply.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game except as the law permits.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and to any purchase.
Online play uses an account linked to your platform identity (Apple Game Center or Google Play Games). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your platform login secure. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.
4. Fair play and ranked integrity
No cheating, hacks, modified clients, automation, exploiting bugs, or tampering with network traffic. No win trading, collusion, deliberate throwing or abandoning matches to manipulate ratings, and no multi-accounting to gain ranking advantages. Ranked results are verified by our server. Matches may include computer-controlled opponents. We may void results, reset ratings, hide you from leaderboards, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Please report suspected cheating via Support.
5. Display names and conduct
Display names must not be offensive, hateful, unlawful, misleading, impersonate others or contain personal information. We may change or remove names and act against accounts that harass others, including through friend or party invites.
6. Virtual items and purchases
Gold. Gold is earned by playing (matches, quests, the daily gift, invites). It is never sold for money, has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account, and is used only to unlock items in the game.
Paid items. Some items can be bought with real money in the app: extra nations and cosmetic looks (hero, Titan and castle looks, nation sets). Nations can also be unlocked with gold. Looks change only appearance and never give an advantage in a match. You buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whose terms govern payment, and the price is shown there before you confirm.
Your licence to items. Items you unlock are a licence to use them in the game, tied to your account, not property. They stay on your account while it exists and the game is offered, and return when you sign in on a new device.
Withdrawal and refunds. Paid items are digital content supplied immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when delivery starts, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal before buying; the app asks for this before every purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not delivered are not affected (contact support@lanedominion.com). If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the item.
Retired items. If we take an item you paid for out of the game, you keep it, or receive an equivalent item or a refund.
7. Test versions
Test and beta versions may contain bugs, may reset progress, ratings or accounts, and may change or end at any time.
8. Availability and changes to the game
We may update, change or discontinue features, rankings and seasons, and may take servers offline for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Ratings and rankings have no monetary value. Changes to items you paid for will not cost you anything; if a change substantially reduces your use of a paid item, we will tell you in advance and you may ask for a refund. If we close the online game, we will announce it in the app at least 60 days before and stop selling paid items when we announce it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by connection failures or third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional harm or injury, or mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts there. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) offers out-of-court consumer dispute resolution: www.coi.cz.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app or on this page with a new date; continued use after that means you accept the changes.
