Frequently asked questions
Can I play offline?
Yes. Practice vs bots and the tutorial run entirely on your phone, without a connection. Ranked and Casual matches need an internet connection.
How does ranked play work?
Ranked matches are 4-player free-for-all matches run and verified by our server. Your rating changes based on your placement. Cheating or abusing the system can lead to removal from the ladder (see the Terms).
I have connection problems during a match
Check that you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile connection, then restart the app. If the problem persists, email us with your device model, OS version, approximate time (with time zone) and what happened.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Without the app, see Delete your account.
How do I report a player?
Email support@lanedominion.com with the player's display name, the approximate time of the match and what happened. Do not include screenshots of other people's personal information.
Reporting a bug
Please include: your device and OS version, the app version (shown on the settings screen), what you did, what you expected, what happened, and your player ID if the issue concerns your account. Screenshots are welcome.
